 The Montage Rehearsal, Wedding, Reception Planning Package Jameson Creations has created this wedding planning package for the couple that wants to be a part of the planning process but needs help along the way with planning and design, pulling all the events together, complete the list of vendors necessary for the big day and to add various components to bring out the wow in the wedding day. The Montage package includes an initial consultation to find out the couple's vision, all the various ideas and 'must haves' they would like to be a part of their day, as well as, creating possible themes or styles to guide the rest of the planning process. At this consultation, the couple will be provided with various templates to assist them with creating their budget, planning guides to keep them on track, specialty items and information pieces for their specific needs along with a portfolio to begin to build or enhance their wedding portfolio. The day of your wedding, our team [along with assisting your other vendors] will arrive early and ensure the wedding extravaganza is created in a way that meets all your expectations. We will stay until the event ends to ensure the bridal couple exits in style and your wedding is a huge success! The following items are also included in this package: |
- Unlimited email and phone consultations
- Point of contact for all family or bridal party members from through out planning process and event
- Regular email articles regarding planning, staying on track, handling stressful situations, and other wedding related info monthly and weekly
- Three specific consultations [initial, midway and prior to the big day] to provide continuity thru the planning process
- Guidance on developing a workable and realistic budget
- Managing, updating, and adjusting the budget as the wedding planning unfolds
- Assist with selecting cost effective vendors and setting up payment schedules
- Attend all vendor meetings
- Review all contracts and assist with difficult negotiations
- Assist with coordinating paper* products (i.e., invitations, menus programs, save-the-date, escort and place cards, etc) to stay in line with overall wedding vision
- Assist with menu planning and catering selection along with table decor to match
- Assist with coordinating the style or theme throughout each component of the wedding
- Develop specific and unique "wow" factors for your theme

- Coordinate with all vendors the final plans, point of arrival and fulfillment of contracts thru end of events and distribution of final payments
- Design and implement time lines for all wedding events
- Coordinate out of town guests accommodations
- Coordinate all transportation needs of out of town guests, bridal party and their families
- Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony and reception in detail
- Assist with transporting items from ceremony to reception site
- Assist with complete seating arrangements for ceremony and reception
- Assist with ceremony and reception decorations, table displays, sign in and memorial remembrances
- Ensure wedding and reception events are cued on time and significant announcements are made per the couple's wishes
- Provide "must have" photo, music and videographer selections
- Provide guidance on favors, etiquette and other trends [i.e., candy buffets, casinos, photo booths] associated with your wedding style
- Coordinate child care on or off site along with activities to keep them occupied
- Secure gifts, monetary items, personal and decor items of couple; assist with final clean up and fulfillment of venue policies
