The Mini
Partial "Day of" Wedding Planning Package
Jameson Creations has created this wedding planning package for those bridal couples that have done all the planning themselves but can't afford a full coordinator or planner. This "budget friendly" program is a "mini" version of our full "day of" coordinating services. It will provide the necessary components to ensure the wedding day runs smoothly while being cost-effective for tight budgets.
With The Mini plan, we have one consultation with the bridal couple to get their wedding vision on how they have their wedding planned. Then we will continue to work with them via phone or email. We will offer any guidance on the remaining items needing to be completed, address any issues that may cause difficulties and go over what to expect from the Mini package for the rehearsal and the day of their wedding.
Our team will conduct a one-hour wedding rehearsal usually done the day before or morning of the wedding. We will then arrive approximately two (2) hours prior to the ceremony start time and stay through the last scheduled event of your reception.

Other services included with this package are:
- Ceremony and reception events coordination
- Assist with boutonnieres and corsages
- Consult with all vendors for the wedding and reception activities and ensure they are incorporated into a seamless flow of events for the day
- Orchestrate couple, wedding party and families through the rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities {processional, toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc.}
- Ensure ceremony and reception plans and details are executed flawlessly
- Oversee all vendor duties and make sure contracts are fulfilled
- Distribute all final payments to vendors
- Ensure all bridal couple gifts are secured and put into designated vehicles
- Gather and secure all personal decor and belongings of the couple and give to appointed person
- Any other services or consultations will be billed at an hourly rate or bumped up to the next available planning package.
There is no pick up or return of decor or rental items or clean up of ceremony or reception site. These services can be done at an additional fee. Any A la Carte services can be added to this planning package at a preferential rate.
